Donald Kachigamba is based at Bvumbwe Agricultural Research Station in the southern region of Malawi. He has a PhD in Agricultural Entomology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Kenya (2012), a M.Sc. Degree in Nematology from Ghent University, Belgium (2007) and BSc. Degree in Crop Science from the University of Malawi (2002). Dr. Kachigamba has worked for the DARS since 2003 and his current focus of research is Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
